India's first quantitative restriction safeguard investigation
India finally concluded its first ever quantitative restriction safeguard investigation, recommending imposition of quotas on imports of chemical Isopropyl Alcohol from all countries, except notified developing countries. The exclusion, however, does not apply to China.

Anti-Dumping Duty on Jute Fabrics extended pending sunset review completion
Ministry of Finance has extended the existing anti-dumping duty on imports of Jute Fabrics from Bangladesh up to May 31, 2022 as the investigating authority is conducting sunset review on existing anti-dumping duty on the said product.
